A002_A - Blower Coefficients Missing
Status
This is a critical alarm, the unit will not operate in any mode.
Description
This code is displayed anytime there is no/incorrect blower coefficient configuration in the air handler control. This is an electronically stored data that is used to define blower operation. Without blower coefficient data, the air handler may not function or may provide limited functionality.
Expected Operation
Blower may not operate properly due to this alarm and the control may not allow any operation to proceed. In some case, the control may allow limited operation.
Cause
1. Faulty control board
2. Possibly incorrect Bluetooth/EcoNet set up.
Solution
1. Technician should use Contractor App's Bluetooth Update rework to restore model data.
2. Replace Air Handler control.
