A959_O: High Voltage Brown Out
On the outdoor unit control, this will be indicated by a number 9 or L9 on the seven segment LED display.
This alarm means that the incoming voltage is too low to start or has dropped too low while running. Verify voltage, check for loose connections in the line voltage wiring, verify wire size between breaker and disconnect or disconnect and unit that may cause a voltage drop.
