Description
Unit has detected line current is too low for what is expected.
Expected Operation
Shutdown - After 3 failed attempts unit will lockout requiring manual reset.
Cause
1. Compressor Overload open
2. Damaged wire between drive, contactor and compressor.
3. Contactor not properly engaging
Solution
1. Allow compressor to cool and close overload safety. If overloads do not close in 24 hours, replace compressor.
2. Repair any visible damage to wiring, and molded plugs.
3. Check for voltage to contactor coil. If voltage is present, replace contactor. If voltage is not present, check wiring to drive. Make sure its supposed to be closed before assuming it should have voltage present.
4. Replace Compressor Drive.
