A077_F: No Gas Valve Feedback Signal
Status
This is a critical fault. The furnace will not operate gas heat mode, but all other modes (e.g. cooling) should function if present simultaneously with a heating call (e.g. Defrost call in dual fuel mode).
Description
This fault indicates the gas valve is not working properly and has lost communications with the IFC.
Expected Operation
The fault is displayed when the furnace control cannot communicate with the gas valve.
Cause
1. Bad wiring to gas valve.
2. Bad gas valve.
3. Bad furnace control.
Solution
1. Check wiring connections between gas valve and IFC. Correct/replace as necessary.
2. Replace Gas valve.
3. Replace furnace control.
