Status

This is a critical alarm, the Air Handler will not operate in any mode.

Description

The control and motor have a conflict in horsepower. Fault is limited to RHMV Air Handlers.

Cause

1. Service has been performed and incorrect motor module was installed.

2. Memory Card installed was incorrect for the air handler.

Solution

1. Replace Blower Motor Module with correct module.

2. Replace Memory Card with the correct memory card.
