Status

This is a critical alarm, the unit will not operate. 

Description

The drive cannot detect the compressor rotation.

Expected Operation

Three strikes and locked out until corrected and manually reset.

Cause

1. Mis-wiring or disconnected wire(s) to the compressor.

2. A faulty compressor.

3. A failed compressor drive.

Solution

1. Check resistance of motor and compressor to make sure windings are not grounded or within tolerance of each other.

2. If windings are not within tolerance, replace compressor,
