Unit will not operate while fault is active.
Description
Drive is detecting problem with fan motor parameters.
Expected Operation
No operation.
Cause
Fan data has been updated with the wrong file, fan has been changed which does not match the pre-existing fan data, or fan data was not loaded (for example into a replacement control).
On early versions of UODC firmware, powering up the indoor unit before the outdoor unit.
Solution
This may be corrected simply by cycling the power off to both the indoor and outdoor unit and returning power to the outdoor unit first and then the indoor.
Otherwise, if in fact the file is incorrect, the Technician should use the Contractor App and force reload of unit specific model information.
