A006_C: EcoNet ODU Communication Failure
Status
This is a critical alarm. Nothing will run until this is resolved.
Description
The air outdoor unit, at one time had communicated with the thermostat but something happened to the communication and now the thermostat cannot identify or control the outdoor unit.
Cause
1. Loose or damaged wire or connection in the EcoNet bus.
2. Mis-wired during service.
3. Defective outdoor control board (unlikely).
Solution
1. Check and correct wiring.
2. Check and correct wiring.
3. Check for proper voltages at the communicating terminals. (Click back to go to outdoor model and communication). Replace outdoor unit control board.
