Gas Furnaces with Non-Communicating Outdoor Units

Communicating gas furnaces may be matched with non-communicating outdoor units. Outdoor unit is wired to legacy terminals of the gas furnace. If system is dual fuel, an outdoor sensor may be wired back to the gas furnace to provide balance point changeover settings.

CC2 Translator

EcoNet compatible Gas furnaces may be paired with earlier JEC / CC2 Communicating products as long as an RETRN620CC2 translator is installed in the outdoor unit. This includes (-)ARL-JEC, (-)ASL-JEC and (-)PRL-JEC outdoor units.
