A110_A: Evap Temp Thermistor Failure
Status
This is an passive alarm, the system will continue to operate normally.
Description
This alarm is generated when an evap sensor has been installed and has failed or been removed. Currently there is no application or accessory evap thermistor for the air handlers as it is.reserved for possible future use.
Cause
1. Moisture is condensing on the control board at the pins or solder pins where the evap thermistor would be connected. These are pins next to where the EEV thermistor is located.
Solution
1. Make sure control board is dry and cycle power to system to see if fault clears. Determine cause of moisture building or accumulating on control board such as low airflow, or blow off from coil.
