Status

This is a critical alarm, the unit will not operate while alarm is active.

Description

The expected compressor and drive package do not match.  Verify part number of drive is the correct one for this unit.

Expected Operation

No operation.

Solution

If Drive is not correct for unit, install proper drive model.

If part is correct, using the Contractor App, force update/reload of model data.

If compressor has recently been replaced, verify compressor part number. Note some consolidation is possible in parts so check against Bill of Material by reaching out to distributor service coordinator if parts to do not match.
