Status

Shutdown, will restart when cleared and resolved

Description

This code is displayed when line input voltage to the drive from the lugs and disconnect is 253VAC or greater.

Expected Operation

System will shutdown if running to protect drive, fan motor and compressor.

Cause

Building voltage to high from utility

Solution

If voltage is too high, contact utility regarding excess voltage.

If input voltage is OK, Check Fault history to see if this has occurred frequently and contact utility.

If input voltage is correct and fault remains or will not reset, replace inverter drive as voltage calibration may be off.
