Description
The DC Bus Voltage is too high
Expected Operation
Unit will shutdown until DC Bus voltage returns to normal. If this happens 3 times, unit will Lockout requiring a manual reset.
Cause
1. Incoming AC Voltage is higher than it should be. DC Voltage is directly related to AC incoming voltage.
2. Defective Inverter Drive
Solution
1. Check input voltage to unit. Should be below 257VAC. If above this voltage, voltage must be corrected or fault will persist.
2. If the input voltage is below 257VAC and problem persists, replace inverter drive controller.
