This alarm means that the firmware in the VSODC is corrupt and will need to be replaced. If reading just the d1 fault at the outdoor unit, check EcoNet code if an EcoNet thermostat is installed. The d1 code can also mean an A951_O Memory Card Config Data Write Failure.
