T009_S: Motion Sensor Error

Status

This is a non-critical alarm. A problem with the motion sensor in the smart thermostat.

Description

The thermostat has a problem in the motion sensor. Thermostat will still function but will not awaken when approached. It will however still awaken when touched.

Cause

1. Faulty Motion Sensor

Solution

1. Cycle power to Thermostat.

2. Replace Thermostat.
