(-)A17 Alarms and Alerts

Which Alarm do you have?

Outdoor

Alarms begin with an A, and are in red buttons

Alerts begin with a T, and are in yellow buttons

When looking at fault codes, especially at the EcoNet thermostat, pay close attention to the verbiage and the suffix at the end. Don't allow yourself to be chasing a rabbit down the wrong hole by looking at a fault that may be in the indoor equipment and just using the numbers. Anytime you report a fault to your distributor, provide the complete fault description, not just the number.

If you do NOT see your fault listed, go the EcoNet Help Pages home page and scroll down to all alarms and look up your specific alarm.

_O means Outdoor Unit
