Air Handler Alarms and Alerts
Which Alarm do you have?
Indoor
When looking at fault codes, especially at the EcoNet thermostat, pay close attention to the verbiage and the suffix at the end. Don't allow yourself to be chasing a rabbit down the wrong hole by looking at a fault that may be in the indoor equipment by just using the numbers.
Anytime you report a fault to your distributor, provide the complete fault description, not just the number.
_O means Outdoor Unit
_A means Air Handler
_F means Furnace
_C means Communication
_S means System
You must navigate to the appropriate product to read faults related to it. For instance if you are looking for a fault that ends in _A, you are at the right place. If you are looking for a fault that ends in _O, then you will need to go back and select the appropriate outdoor unit to see the faults that are listed with it. Alarms ending in _C or _S are found under the thermostat alarms and alerts.
