Furnace Alarms and Alerts
Which Alarm do you have?
Furnaces
Alarms begin with an A, and are in red buttons
Alerts begin with a T, and are in yellow buttons
When looking at fault codes, especially at the EcoNet thermostat, pay close attention to the verbiage and the suffix at the end. Don't chase a rabbit down the wrong hole by looking at a fault that may be in something else by just using the numbers.
Anytime you report a fault to your distributor, provide the complete fault description, and complete code, not just the number.
_O means Outdoor Unit
_A means Air Handler
_F means Furnace
_C means Communication
_S means System
_Z means Zoning
If you are looking for a fault code that is related to a gas furnace, you are in the right place.
If you are looking for any fault with a suffix other than _F, click the back button on your browser and find the equipment that the suffix matches.
