Outdoor Alarms and Alerts
(-)A19AY and (-)P19AY Inverters
Which Alarm do you have?
Outdoor
Alarms begin with an A, and are in red buttons
Alerts begin with a T, and are in yellow buttons
When looking at fault codes, especially at the EcoNet thermostat, pay close attention to the description and the suffix at the end. Don't chase a rabbit down the wrong hole by looking at a fault and not knowing which unit has the fault.
Anytime you report a fault to your distributor, provide the complete fault code and description, not just the number.
_O means Outdoor Unit
_A means Air Handler
_F means Furnace
_C means Communication
_S means System
_Z means Zoning
If you are looking for faults related to the Outdoor unit, you are in the right place because the fault ends in _O. If you are looking for a fault that has a suffix other than _O, you will need to use your back button and navigate to the appropriate product family to see alarms for those.
